VA Hospital Visits
Post 42 membership regularly visits Lovell VA patients at the Medical Center in North Chicago. Volunteer Legionnaires bring refreshments and usually organize some fun activity for the day.

VETERANS ATTEND NORTHWESTERN BASKETBALL GAME
On February 23 rd Post 42 sponsored a group of 28 VA hospital patients to a
Northwestern basketball game. The bus dropped them off at the entrance to Welsh Ryan Arena and the legionnaires helped get them through security and to their seats. We all had a good time cheering on the Wildcats.
